General warranty/disclaimer
Warranty/replacement is void if:
- Towel is ripped/damaged (usually after letting stick to ice and forcing on it)
- Crossbeam is damaged due to forcing unit while towel is stuck to surface
- Crossbeam is damaged due to dropping on hard surface
- Unit is damaged due to leaving unit outdoors in below freezing temperatures
- Valve is damaged due to dropping on hard surface and/or mis-aligning threads
